Partial Planning: Starts at $1,000

  • Up to 6 months of planning, customize to your needs 

Day of Coordination: Starts at $700

  • Up to 1 month, only finalization of details included and day of assistance 

Customize your package with the below services offered:

 

 

  • Coordinating with the Quinceanera, her family, Padrinos, chosen Court of Honor and other contacts on all religious rites of passage and traditions
  • Choosing Quinceanera specific items
  • Venue selection for reception (and church, if desired)
  • Selecting a unique theme or style; Overall décor including florals, floor plan and layout
  • Assist with finding and booking all vendors 
  • Find transportation and lodging
  • Guest list management; Seating chart assistance

 

 
 
  • Save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, menus, table numbers, ceremony programs, party favors, information sheets, hotel welcome bags
  • Assist with addressing and mailing save-the-dates, invitations, and thank you
  • Choosing attire and assistance with fittings (if desired)
