This package also includes breakfast or coffee for the bridal party, Instagram collaborative reels, 2-3 additional assistants, assistance with wedding stationery, décor shopping, hotel bookings for guests or the bridal party, and a bridal emergency kit. We'll also design your wedding website and provide layouts for the ceremony and reception to ensure every detail is handled. (Travel fees may apply.)

Our Month-Of, 3-Month, and Partial Planning packages ensure a stress-free celebration while you enjoy every moment.

Our À La Carte Services let you customize your planning experience by selecting any additional support you need. From budget creation and breakfast pick-up to venue searches, these services can be added to any package or booked independently. We’re here to handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your big day.
Don’t know how much you should allocate per vendor or wedding item? We can help!
Access to an automatic budget tracker, up to 2 hour google meeting with you to create categories and give tips/advice to stay within budget!
Overwhelmed with your options on finding a venue in Arizona? Give us your budget, theme, and venue requirements, then we’ll do the work! We’ll tour the venues for you, ask all the important questions and jump on an hour google meet to compare!
Do you have guests coming from out of town and staying at hotels? Want to give them a welcome bag to arrive to in their room? We’ll curate, purchase, assemble, and drop off the bags for you! Bonus, we can Cricut design the items! *bag items will be invoiced back to the couple!
Our full, partial, and micro wedding packages have this included but if you don’t fall into one of these packages, we can add this on! Let us know your order and we’ll pick up and drop off to the bridal party! *items would be invoiced back to the couple if not purchased in advance *only 1 stop included, price is per stop
With our IPhone, we will record BTS content of your wedding day and create a minute long collaborative reel edit on Instagram for you to share. We’ll give you all the raw footage as well!
Your catering team doesn’t offer this service or won’t be onsite for cake cutting? We can ensure to have an available coordinator to take this task on and carve up your cake and serve out to your guests!
Don’t have a DJ for your wedding but need someone to press play/pause and switch between playlists? We got you covered!
Need someone to pick up your flowers? Pick up your linen rental? What about your donut order? We can take on your wedding errands!
Do you have a wedding flip during cocktail hour? Your rental company said they won’t put your tables/chairs out or need you to have everything folded before pickup? We can procure your moving team for you!
We offer assistance on DIY budvases, toss petal bags, and flower girl petals. We can assist in the shopping, processing, designing, and delivery. Please inquire to get a quote based on needs! **Floral costs and glassware not included

Needing a wedding coordinator last minute? We’ll rush to get all the details put together to ensure the wedding day is smooth! Rush Fee begins at 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. Please note the only package available for last minute inquiries is the "Month of Coordination".
