Our Annual Event Planning & Execution Partnership is designed for brands that host events throughout the year and want a trusted team to manage the details with consistency, care, and creativity. We partner with your business to support planning, communication, scheduling, and event execution so every gathering feels polished, intentional, and on-brand.

Each partnership begins with an annual onboarding retainer that secures your preferred client status and gives your business access to streamlined booking, planning support, and partner pricing throughout the year. Event services are quoted and billed separately based on the selected package, scope, and needs of each event.

All partners receive the same high-touch communication experience. Partnership levels determine booking priority, scheduling flexibility, and access to our calendar.

Once your annual partnership is active, your business may book from our social event packages based on the needs of each event. Whether you need setup support, event styling and design, or a full-service event experience, each event is quoted and billed separately according to the selected package, guest count, scope, and vendor needs.

The onboarding retainer is non-refundable and secures partnership status for 12 months. Retainer fees do not apply toward event costs. Preferred pricing applies to service pricing only and does not include rentals, florals, catering, venues, or third-party vendor costs. Event availability is subject to scheduling, booking timelines, and partnership level.
